About Chef Saengthong Douangdara:
Saengthong Douangdara’s passsion of cooking for the past 10 years founded Saeng’s Kitchen after seeing the demand and appreciation of various underrepresented foods!  He hopes to provide positive exposure to foods not typically seen or appreciated.  Saengthong’s cooking lessons involve Southeast Asian cuisine, Korean cuisine, and fermentation. His past workshops have been at UC Irvine, UCLA, and Whole Foods Market.
