626 Night Market is the original and largest night market in the United States with OC Night Market as a sister event in Orange County. 626 and OC Night Market are based on the famous night bazaars of Asia, which are known for their street foods, cheap shopping, and games. In addition to these activities, 626 and OC Night Market have grown and evolved to include crafters, visual artists, and live performers. Every event has unique additions such as Cosplay contests, dance crew battles, YouTube celebrities, or poetry slams. Truly something for everyone!

626 Night Market’s mission was to be a platform to showcase local businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists in our community: the San Gabriel Valley, California–also known as the 626 (telephone area code). Our mission still remains showcasing talent in our communities as we have expanded to include participants and attendees from all over Los Angeles and Southern California. 626 Night Market events now attract up to 100,000 people per event. Our events even inspired others to create night market type events throughout the U.S.!

626 Night Market and OC Night Market events are now known for their enormous food selections with over 100 food vendors at each event plus many more merchandise, arts & crafts vendors, and performers. Many of these food and merchandise vendors are unique pop-ups that are exclusive to 626 Night Market and OC Night Market. Foods span the spectrum from traditional Taiwanese street foods and classic Chinese dishes to fusion Asian/Mexican creations, Japanese takoyaki, fruit topped American funnel cakes, Orange County seafood, and more! Check out the May 13-15, 2016 vendor directory: http://www.ocnightmarket.com/vendor-directory-may-2016

Much hyped and rare creations found at 626 Night Market and OC Night Market include pho tacos, churros from Ridges Churro Bar, D-cakes (NSFW), HK egg waffles with ice cream, oyster pancakes, nitrogen ice cream, and stinky tofu.
